Minors

Our tours are suitable for the entire family. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, usually parent or legal guardian. Contact Regis Helicopters LLC in advance for important legal requirements for minors accompanied by an adult other than their parent or legal guardian.

Passenger Weights

The safety and comfort of our passengers is very important to us; therefore it is necessary that each passenger be asked for their height and weight. The distribution of weight is vital to safety and it is our responsibility to make sure that the aircraft is not overloaded. There are per seat weight limits.

Max passenger heights: 6' 4"
Max total weight of up to 3 passengers: 450 lbs

These are per seat limitations. Fuel and weather are also a factor. Any child under 24 months of age is welcome as a lap child at no charge. Children 24 months and over require an individual full-fare seat. All children must be factored into the weight and balance of the aircraft.

The Pilot-in-Command will make the final decision for acceptable passenger weights

Re-scheduling

A flight reservation can be re-scheduled for a different day and time by prior arrangement with Regis Helicopters LLC. We will notify you as far in advance as possible if we will need to re-schedule for any reason.

Cancellations

You must notify us directly if you decide to cancel a flight reservation. You can contact Regis Helicopters LLC at the following telephone number: 508-615-6513. If no answer, leave a full message.

Cancellation Fees

More than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time - no cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled departure time - 50% cancellation fee
"No-show": passengers who do not show up at the scheduled time - 100% cancellation fee

Refunds

Refunds are determined by the date/time that you notify Regis Helicopters LLC of your cancellation. Company pilots have no authority to grant or promise refunds.

Weather

If we have to cancel a flight due to adverse weather conditions, we will contact you to reschedule for another suitable day. All flights are subject to weather and ATC limitations per Federal Aviation Regulations. The go/no-go decision of the pilot-in-command is always final. Flight routes may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, airspace closures or temporary flight restrictions and are out of our control.

All Regis Helicopters LLC passengers participants are required to sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risk form prior to boarding the helicopter.
